Looking to explore the all elements of the foot and ankle. From mobility, sensory output, and big toe connection.
Foot Strength
Learning to build intrinsic mid foot strength, engage and push through the floor and an early introduction to energy transfer.
Progressive Overload
Using progressive overload to ensure that we take all of these into consideration, look at full body movement addressing the foot to hip connection and plyometric work to increase force absorption and foot to floor contacts.
Our Foot, Ankle and Achilles programme is designed to help you get to the root cause of your issues and gain a better understanding of where things can improve to help you.
If you are fed up of looking for quick fixes, regular massages and just doing calf raises, our programmes are designed to provide you with the tools to enable you to take positive steps and improve your current situation. Empowering you to take ownership of your injury/issue and get to know your body better.
Key Benefits
Flexibility
we know life can be busy and sometimes getting to the gym can be tough, so we’ve looked to create sessions so they can also be home friendly with minimal equipment requirement initially and completed in your own time and pace.
Freedom
You have the freedom to take ownership of your injury/issue. Not constantly booking weekly sessions and maybe just getting a massage, stretching and not really getting anywhere.
Therapy on the go
A big thing following a program is structure – injuries, especially those that are chronic can sometimes fall into a cycle where you have pain, rest, pain goes away but then returns upon activity. A large part of the time this is down to no structure in the rehab process. This plan gives you a 6 week structured frame work to follow.
